The Mindfulness Club offers students the opportunity to explore and practice mindfulness techniques. In a calm and supportive space, students engage in activities that promote relaxation, self-awareness, and stress reduction. They will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines, enhancing focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Open to all students, regardless of experience, the club fosters personal growth in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
