Scholarship Applications

Families applying for athletic financial assistance may submit scholarship paperwork after completing their registration. Scholarship application forms are available here and on the Athletic Forms & Handbooks page.

Physical Examination Requirement

A current physical examination must be on file with the High School Nurse before a student-athlete is eligible to participate in practices or contests.

Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the examination. The Athletic Department will review physical expiration dates prior to the start of the fall season.

Example: If a physical is dated August 23, 2025, it is valid through September 23, 2026. After that date, the student-athlete is no longer eligible to practice or compete until an updated physical has been submitted.

1. Click the Arbiter Sports Registration link on this page.
2. Returning Families: Log in using your existing Arbiter account.
3. New Families: Click Create Account to create a parent/guardian account. (Students under 18 should not create their own account.)
4. Select Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School and choose the 2026 Fall Athletics Registration program.
5. Complete all required registration forms and electronic signatures. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. You may save your progress and return later if needed.
6. Review your information and click Submit. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been successfully submitted.

Please Note

• Families only need one Arbiter account to register multiple children.
• If you have registered your student through Arbiter in previous years, use the same account rather than creating a new one.
• A submitted registration does not replace the requirement for a current physical examination. Please make sure an updated physical is on file with the High School Nurse before the first day of practice.
